Freddy Rhine grew up in Bayport, Florida and started commercial fishing in 1983. He started out long line fishing for grouper and shark. He now owns the FV " Money Bags" and vertical line fishes for grouper and snapper in the Northeast Gulf of Mexico. He lives in Apalachicola, Florida.

The FV "Money Bags" is a 34 ' Royal Hensen built in 1977. It is powered by a Detroit 471 diesel engine. The net tonnage is 14. The Money Bags usually makes up to 7 day trips vertical line fishing for grouper and snapper in the Northern Gulf of Mexico.
